FIRST CLASS DISCOUNT

If you have never attended one of our classes before, you  are welcome to try your first class for £6.  Please get in touch and I will provide details and a link.  I look forward to seeing you!

funding

FLexercise is a charity and teachers pay a small contribution for every person attending their classes.  Ongoing funding is required for this long-standing organisation to continue their work so that as many people as possible can benefit from our system.  Please let me know if you feel you would like to support the organistion as a voluntary member for a nominal annual membership fee, or with a donation.
